Hi Everyone

I hope that January has been the rockin' start to 2012 for you that it has been here gaudi by mike chapmanat Gaudi Music HQ... If there's no rest for the wicked then we seem to be making amends for much wickedness ;) Gaudi opened the year with a great new years eve gig @ Elixir of Life in London, a few crazy weeks in the studio getting everything ready for the release of 2 new projects ..and then it was off to Australia for the Rainbow Serpent Festival - where great vibes from 'down under' may see him back in Oz towards the end of the year.

Now back in London for a short stop before heading to Costa Rica next week. Today (Tuesday 7th Feb) sees the release, on Iboga Records, of Gaudi's latest compilation "EVERLASTING" (read press release here) - 2 hours of immaculately produced and sonically stimulating deep moody dub electronica. It includes an exclusive track from Gaudi (created for the comp) 'Filling the Void' (check the video here) as well as his remixes of Trentemøller and The Orb. It is available world wide on double CD and digital formats (buy it here).

The next release on the horizon will be the debut album from 'SCREEN', An exciting new band who are: Gaudi, Alex Paterson (The Orb) and maverick vocalist Chester.. Their new album 'We are Screen' will be released on the 2nd of April and the guys will be hitting the road with their new sound starting in March in London ...their UK festival debut will be at The Glade Festival, Norfolk in June.. more info at www.screenmusic.so

There are also a few new Gaudi remixes to look out for: Lamb - Butterfly effect, Trentemoller - Always something betgaudi by android jonester, NOIA – Time is over me (The Orb & Gaudi rmx), Adriano k – Juan del monte (The Orb & Gaudi rmx), Animation - Miles runs the voodoo down. His track 'Lunar Patchouli' has also been chosen for the soundtrack of Canadian movie 'Wakan Tanka' - out in April (more info here)

On a few occasions last year music and art collided when Gaudi hooked up with highly respected and inspiring visionary artist Android Jones. Their last session together was at the Hoxton Gallery in London - a great night during which Android created this portrait of Gaudi live on stage during his set.. we're big Android fans here and wanted to share this groove inspired work with you...

The 2012 tour is, like last year, set to be a busy one with an extensive spin of Canada and the USA as well as lots of European dates including the UK, Ireland, Portugal & Hungary. A full and regularly updated list is available on the website gigs page.

Looking forward to see you on the dance floor soon

Thank you for your continued support
